A Green Conference in Spain

The green and eco conferences have been among the top trends in the event industry for last couple of years. This one in Barcelona is a great example of one.

A conference for 350 people took place in the Marriott Renaissance Barcelona Fira Hotel. AV MEDIA secured the tech part of the event from the planning and stage design, until the successful realization of the event. The key element of the stage were two LED screens connected with a decorative middle piece. The conference had eight breakout sessions with two cameras in each room.

One of the most interesting traits of this event was the fast that it was almost paperless. The participants could use 38 touch displeys with all the materials needed in 4K quality. Green events are trending now and the modern technology is a great way to move it even forward.
